Placing Your Order
We accept direct orders through our dedicated ecommerce site: optecinc.us.
We accept purchase orders from all educational, governmental and scientific institutions with billing offices in North America. Our terms are Net 30 days FOB Lowell Michigan. Mail or FAX us your purchase order.
We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Including a personal or corporate check with the order is also acceptable.

Orders are usually acknowledged within 24 hours by e-mail. Your credit card will not be billed until the order is ready to ship. Tracking information from the freight company is available upon request. All orders are insured for full value unless directed otherwise.
