Ordering Information

Should you wish to contact us for a quotation or technical information, we recommend using our email contact page. You may also call or mail us at the locations listed at the bottom of this page.

Placing Your Order

We accept purchase orders from all educational, governmental and scientific institutions with billing offices in North America. Our terms are Net 30 days FOB Lowell Michigan. Mail or FAX us your purchase order.

We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Including a personal or corporate check with the order is also acceptable. For orders paid in advance by check, the order can be shipped via UPS Ground at our expense if the shipping address is located within the continental United States.

To place an order, we recommend first using the contact page linked above to send us your order including your choice of shipping. We can then verify that your order contains all items and accessories necessary for you to use the product you are ordering. We will respond with a formal quote including: confirmation of the items ordered, total amount due, and delivery information. You can then send us a secure payment or pay with PayPal using the links on the left side of the page.

Orders are acknowledged within 24 hours by e-mail. Your credit card will not be billed until the order is ready to ship. Tracking information from the freight company is available upon request. All orders are insured for value unless directed otherwise.
